Leena has amassed over 12 years of extensive clinical experience in the field of physiotherapy, specializing in Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiology, Neurology, Sports medicine, Pain management, and Rehabilitation. Her journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Kerala University of Health Science in 2012. Building upon this foundation, Leena pursued advanced studies, including postgraduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) for the lumbar spine from the McKenzie Institute of Canada. She has also completed courses in sports taping and strapping, further augmenting her expertise in specialized treatment approaches.

Throughout her career, Leena has held diverse roles, including serving as a team physiotherapist for sports events, practicing in private clinics, engaging in community outreach through rural camps, and providing care in long-term care centers as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Central to her practice philosophy is a commitment to empowering her patients. She achieves this through evidence-based treatments, education on preventive techniques, and a hands-on approach tailored to individual patient needs. Leena emphasizes the importance of personalized exercise programs, which she believes play a critical role in fostering successful outcomes in her patients’ recovery journeys.

Outside of her professional commitments, Leena cherishes her time with family and actively pursues outdoor activities such as traveling, trekking, and kayaking. Her passion for culinary arts is evident in her enjoyment of cooking, and she finds creative expression through her interest in photography. These hobbies reflect her adventurous spirit and contribute to her well-rounded personality, enriched by a blend of professional expertise and personal experiences.
